You can enroll in OnlineBillCenter by clicking on the Sign Up button on the top left side bar or by calling OnlineBillCenter.
Click here to contact us. After your Funding Account
has been approved, you can then begin issuing payments to any of your
payees.

What are the differences
between Total Bill Management and the Pay Anyone Plus service?
Total Bill Management allows members to receive, review, pay and organize all
their bills online. Bills are sent to a OnlineBillCenter Processing Center and
scanned for posting to your account or arrive electronically from your biller.
Pay Anyone Plus allows members to make payments online, but they will continue
to receive paper bills at home. To learn more about the differences between

What Web browsers do you support?
OnlineBillCenter supports the most popular Web browsers, including Internet
Explorer 4.0 and above, Netscape 4.0 and above, and AOL.

must login to the Bill Center using the highest level of data encryption

Can I set up a joint account in
OnlineBillCenter?
Yes, you can have a joint account. OnlineBillCenter even lets you pay bills
from multiple bank accounts, if you would like. For joint accounts, each
subscriber must have check-writing privileges.

Do I have to change banks?
No. OnlineBillCenter works with any bank or transaction account that allows
check writing privileges.

Do I have to have online banking to
use OnlineBillCenter?
OnlineBillCenter works with your current bank and does not require online
banking. However, use of the SmartBalanceTM feature does require
access to an online bank account.

How do my payees know I am using
OnlineBillCenter?
When you enroll in OnlineBillCenter, and any time afterwards, you can select
which of your bills you would like to receive online. OnlineBillCenter works
with any of the payees you have today. OnlineBillCenter will assist you in
notifying your payees to send your bills, either electronically or by mail, to
your OnlineBillCenter account for online delivery in the Bill Center.

How long before I begin to get my
bills through OnlineBillCenter?
You can immediately register a payee, and as soon as we approve a Funding
Account, you can make a payment through the OnlineBillCenter Bill Center.
However, it typically takes a few weeks, or until the next bill cycle, for your
first bill to arrive online through OnlineBillCenter.

Do I have to use OnlineBillCenter for
all my bills?
No, OnlineBillCenter is compatible with all of your current payment processes,
including your checkbook and online banking. You decide which bills you want to
receive and/or pay through OnlineBillCenter.

What do I need to do to use the
OnlineBillCenter SmartBalance™ feature?
The OnlineBillCenter SmartBalance™ feature is the combined balance of your
continuously updated online bank account activity (including ATM withdrawals,
deposits, debits, etc.) and your up-to-the-minute OnlineBillCenter bill payment
record. With SmartBalance, you get the most updated and accurate picture of
your bank balance. In order to use the SmartBalance feature you need to
establish an online account with one of the SmartBalance enabled banks.

How do I obtain a copy of my
Subscriber Agreement?
You can print a copy of your
Subscriber Agreement using your browser's print
function.
